The Alfred Deakin Institute for Citizenship and Globalisation proudly presents the opportunity for postgraduates to attend a stimulating 2-day symposium for the discussion and exchange of ideas around the ways in which Cultural Heritage intersects with Conflict and Post-Conflict Studies, Ethics and Human Rights, Tourism and Indigenous Heritage.
We are pleased to announce two distinguished keynote speakers for this exciting event,
Lisa Ackerman, World Monuments Fund Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer will be sharing her world-wide expertise in international heritage conservation and preservation efforts.
Emeritus Professor William Logan, Deakin University, will discuss world heritage protection as a contribution to the acheivement of peace and security.
